1. Shipping: We offer shipping via JNT for Indonesia and DHL for other regions to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and convenient manner.

4. International Delivery: For international orders, please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following information before initiating a return / exchange:
1. Returnes are accepted within 3 days after your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 3 days or more have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchanges.
2. We can only facilitate exchanges for another size in the same model or products with higher price. We are not accepting exchanges with lower price product.
3. Returned items must have not been used, have no visible signs of wear or use or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received.
4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
